My career in the dental space began working as a dental assistant and front office team member. In these roles I gained the knowledge and experience of all things clinical and business related within the dental office.
I quickly found my calling in recruitment when I was given the opportunity to work as a Human Resource Manager for a DSO. My responsibilities included: recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, performance + pay reviews, and much more. I am truly a people-person and I enjoy serving the dental community.
